In the report, Forrester profiled the 13 most significant CDP vendors on the market today and ranked each of us against 10 criteria. Lytics, we’re proud to say, fared well in the rankings.
Lytics’ winning features
In particular, our robust activation and recommendation
capabilities earned us high marks. We ranked well in the report’s product road map criteria. And our market approach and product strategy make us the best fit, according to Forrester, for subscription-based businesses or companies selling to B2B and B2C.
The report also noted that “Lytics leverages machine-learning insights to build dynamic audiences that can trigger activation when a member enters of exits a segment. The solution also offers next-best-campaign recommendations that include optimizations for both engagement timing and content topic.”
High marks for customer satisfaction
As usual, Lytics also ranked high for customer satisfaction.
Our segmentation tools and ability to help customers analyze and monitor product usage got particularly high marks. As one customer explained: “Their segment builder is very visual and really easy to use.”
