Here at Lytics, we’re working hard every day to make sure our technology works harder for you. We’ve listened to your feedback and we’re pleased to announce in-app product updates that instantly notify you of what’s new in Lytics the moment you log in. If you miss the notification, simply click on Learn, select Product updates from the pull-down menu, and you’ll find important news, features, and fixes that have been added since your last visit.
As Lytics continues to grow, expect to see more updates about improvements to our product. In just the last six months our Product team has more than doubled in size, enabling us now, more than ever, to listen to our customers, define and prioritize the right features, and lead product discussions. To support our expanded Product team, we’ve also hired seven new engineers (and counting!) across our Engineering organization, which will help us deliver the features that matter most to our customers. Already we’ve been able to make customer-requested improvements like flexible date reporting, which allows users to create custom charts by selecting specific windows of time. Also, coming soon you will be able to see SFMC as an integration available for Journey Experiences.
Each Product update is listed in chronological order, so it’s easy to learn what’s new in Lytics every time you log in. You can find additional information through links to our Learn Lytics portal where you’ll be able to access online tutorials, solution guides, and other relevant content for the new feature or fix.
