Mary Burbridge named Lytics’ Director of Sales

For any organization, scale comes from a combination of strong capabilities and great leadership. In order for Lytics to perform at its highest capacity, we need to continue to make sure that the team leaders we choose to guide our organization toward our North Star are talented, tenacious, forward-thinking individuals. Among them is Mary Burbridge, and I am excited to announce her promotion to Director of Sales at Lytics.

Mary has been described by colleagues as not just a sales leader, but a sales athlete. In her three years with Lytics, Mary has been a massive contributor to our growth (with flagship customer wins like TD Bank, Whirlpool, and Kraft). She’s worked collaboratively to ensure that projects are well scoped with clear requirements defined early on, and that clients are successful in the long run — not just happy when the deal is closed.

Here’s what a few Lytics teammates had to say about working alongside Mary.

“Mary is a tenacious sales leader with a proven record of deal-nurturing at every point of a deal cycle. When you’re working on a team with Mary, you know that she’s going to help everyone around her punch above their weight,” says Drew Lanenga, Chief Data Scientist.

“Her extensive product knowledge allows her to ensure customers realize the maximum value from Lytics features during the sales process and after the deal closes,” adds Kathryn Gruenefeldt, SVP of Engineering.

Mary is a proven sales leader and a tremendous asset to the Lytics team. But Mary’s value reaches far beyond sales.

“She is a true partner and advocate of all teams across Lytics. Her unrelenting work ethic coupled with sheer talent makes her an absolute juggernaut. Lytics is better because of her, and I could not be more excited to continue to grow this company together,” says Mark Hayden, VP of Product.

Mary brings an immense level of expertise to the team, and is a proven leader and collaborator in Sales and across departments. We’re excited to see her amplify her impact across the company in this new leadership role. Congratulations on a well-deserved next step, Mary!
